Dear Reader,

          This web page provides evidence that I meet the Teaching Quality Standard of Alberta. The eleven descriptors of knowledge, skills and attributes (KSAs) related to interim certification have been reworked for the purposes of this web page into eight descriptors.

The descriptors in these pages are defined in a way that is personally meaningful to me through my experiences, philosophy and education. As you browse through these pages, you will see many carefully selected artefacts that I feel are representational of my qualities as a teacher.     

Throughout this web page, you will find that my floating logo will dissolve into links that can be used for navigation.  In addition, there are links (ladybugs) provided that accommodate a 'book-like' navigation that allows you to read my web page from cover to cover.  I recommend that you choose whatever form of navigation you find natural.
